The constitutional agreement governing the deployment and operation of Anticeil platform modules.
01. Service Access
By creating an Anticeil account, you are granted access to our SaaS platform for managing your business operations. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your access tier (Sandbox, Operator, or Enterprise) determines which modules and features are available to you.
02. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Please safeguard your login information and use strong, unique passwords.
03. Service Level & Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability of the Anticeil platform. While we target 99.9% uptime for our core services, scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. We will communicate planned maintenance through email notifications or in-app announcements when possible.
Liability & "As-Is" Provision
Anticeil is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform functions correctly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
